Traditionally the Flammekueche comprises of an extremely thin dough base layered with seasoned crème fraîche topped with smoked bacon and thinly sliced onions. We have taken this one step further by adding delicious ingredients which cannot be used on a traditional pizza as the base takes too long to cook and the toppings burn. – Being millimetres thin though, our Flammekueche dough cooks extremely quickly – in just over a minute which keeps that fresh taste and texture of our quality ingredients perfectly.
Our menu offers a tempting choice to excite your tastebuds and ensure we suit everyone. There are also some amazing vegetarian dishes. For vegans and those who are not a fan of crème fraîche we have developped Flampizz as a delicious alternative – it’s Flammekueche without the cream! We use a thick, rich marinara, a tomato-based sauce bursting with flavour that can be topped with the same range of ingredients.
Most of our dishes can be vegetarian friendly; as everything is made to order, we can remove or replace any ingredients for you to enjoy the best experience!
