Flam-kuche originally comes from the Alsace region of France, dating back to the 14th century. This dish has been brought over the channel by Alex Crepy and his father Regis who, for over 20 years, owned three award-winning restaurants in East Anglia.

Amelie is one of the top four restaurants on TripAdvisor for Cambridgeshire and no 2 for Cambridge . It is one of only four Cambridge restaurants to make it to the Good Food Guide 2020. And we have runner up of Best Cheap Eats – The OFM Awards 2019

What we offer is simple, freshly prepared and cooked in seconds – says Alex. What’s makes us ‘happy and passionate is watching our customers as they make their first bite of the Flam-kuche, and their smiles as they recognise that here is something at once familiar and different and utterly delicious’ @IndieCamb
