Savoury Cake – Gateau Apero

This Savoury Cake recipe is simple and quick to realise. It can be done with gluten free flour or normal flour and you can use coconut milk instead of dairy milk. In our family, we call it the Gateau Apero, as it goes well with a glass of wine!

We usually do 2 teams, one grown-up, and one children. Each team make their own cake and chose their ingredients for the filling. The results are most of the time delicious … sometimes surprising 🙂
