Happy Easter! Try our delicious Lamb dish in this week’s Cambridge Independent: Shoulder of Lamb with Apricot and Pistachio Stuffing. It’s the perfect celebration dish – served with our Bacon and Potato Terrine. Lamb shoulder is the ultimate cut. It’s relatively cheap to acquire and easy to buy bigger portions to feed large families – or hungry mouths.
