Read this excellent article and great pictures by Sarah Chambers from the EADT. Classically trained French chef Regis Crepy and Lamen Reddy – a pan-Asian restaurant entrepreneur run neighbouring restaurant businesses at Cambridge’s Grafton shopping centre. When they met, they hit it off immediately and decided to collaborate in opening Blue Fig Restaurant in Bury St Edmunds. They aim to provide a high-quality but casual dining experience.
