Regis and Alex Crepy – from Amelie Restaurants, along with Lamen Reddy – co-owner of the Chi restaurants chain, and his business partner David Booth, have launched a new restaurant – Blue Fig – in Bury St Edmunds. Serving small plates, Blue Fig has a relaxed and electric modern Mediterranean feel and a cosy atmosphere. ‘It’s simple food very well executed’, explained Regis.
